The Jeep® Gladiator is a mid-size pickup truck with extensive off-road and sports utility capabilities. Although the Gladiator is still in its first generation since releasing in 2019, it has received a significant upgrade for the 2024 model year. There are now several modified exterior elements, including a new seven-slot grille, several new wheel designs, and a durable Corning Gorilla Glass windshield with an integrated trail-ready stealth antenna.

New & Returning Features

While the V6 turbodiesel engine is no longer an option near Tustin, MI, the Gladiator still retains its gas-only 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine that generates 285 horsepower, 260 pound-feet of torque and a best-in-class maximum towing capacity of 7,700 pounds. This pairs with all-wheel drive capabilities, an off-road suspension system, and the choice of either a six-speed manual transmission or an eight-speed automatic transmission.

Among the most striking changes is a brand-new vibrant 12.3-inch touch-screen infotainment display with an eight-speaker audio system and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration because the fun does not have to end once you leave your home. Side curtain airbags for front and rear passengers are now standard to protect you from harm.

The Jeep® team also adds two entirely new trims in the lineup: the Mojave X and the Rubicon X. With entirely new features such as steel bumpers and 12-way power-adjustable leather seats, both trims extend the off-road capabilities that make the standard desert-ready Mojave and the more rock-capable Rubicon trims great. As the most expensive trims in the lineup, the Mojave X and Rubicon X fuse comfort, durability, and pure grit and determination for some of the most demanding off-road adventures you can ever encounter near Houghton Lake.
